SOSi-Impact is a joint venture between SOS International LLC and NetImpact Strategies, Inc. The Joint Venture intends to pursue the National Institutes of Health Acquisition and Assessment Center’s (NITAAC) Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 4 (CIO-SP4) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). The CIO-SP4 GWAC is a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year optional period; with a 15-year period of performance.
Ten Task Areas constitute the technical scope of this contract:
